Courtney Heagle has been part of Performance Pallet since 2007 and has dedicated her career to growing alongside the company. After graduating from Saint Norbert College in 2009, she advanced through the organization via Human Resources, building a deep understanding of the people, culture, and operations that drive Performance’s success. A member of the executive leadership team since 2012, Courtney now leads the company with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnerships. She is passionate about developing future leaders, strengthening company culture, and ensuring Performance remains an employer and supplier of choice. Courtney’s leadership reflects the company’s belief that investing in people is the foundation for lasting success.
Frank Jimenez
President, Consumer Products
Frank Jimenez leads Performance’s Consumer Products division, an innovative business born from the company’s sustainability efforts and commitment to finding valuable uses for wood byproducts. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Frank brings more than 20 years of consumer products leadership experience to the organization. He has been instrumental in building and launching Flint Brands under Better Flame Holdings, LLC, transforming a sustainability initiative into a growing consumer-focused business. Frank’s expertise in brand development, product strategy, and market growth continues to position the division for expansion while delivering high-quality products that connect with consumers across North America.
Luke Behm
Vice President of Sales
Luke Behm brings more than 15 years of pallet and packaging industry experience to Performance Pallet. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Luke believes that every customer relationship is unique and deserves a customized approach. His extensive knowledge of packaging solutions allows him to help customers navigate challenges related to pallets, logistics, recycling, and supply chain efficiency. As Vice President of Sales, Luke works closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that create long-term value. He is passionate about leveraging Performance’s full-service capabilities to help customers improve operational performance while building lasting partnerships.
Mark Buman
Vice President of Finance
Mark Buman joined Performance Pallet in 2014 and has played an instrumental role in the company’s continued growth and evolution. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Mark earned his degree in 2009 and has built a reputation for analytical thinking, financial leadership, and strategic decision-making. Since joining the executive leadership team in 2020, he has helped guide the company’s financial strategy while providing valuable insight into operations, growth initiatives, and capital investments. With extensive knowledge of the packaging industry and a passion for data-driven decision-making, Mark helps ensure Performance remains financially strong and positioned for long-term success.
Efren Salazar
Vice President of Manufacturing
With more than 20 years of experience in the pallet industry, Efren Salazar brings a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations and leadership. Having spent his career progressing through multiple levels of the industry, Efren has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build strong teams, operate efficiently, and consistently deliver quality products. As Vice President of Manufacturing, he oversees Performance’s pallet, lumber, and firewood operations with a focus on safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. His practical leadership style and commitment to employee development help drive operational excellence while ensuring customers receive dependable products and service.
