Family Owned
Jerry and Jim Brill, a father-son team, founded Performance in 1981. They saw a need for pallets and pallet repair from a few of Jerry’s freight customers. The business grew as word of the company’s commitment to quality and service spread throughout the Midwest market.
In 1983, Jim took over the ownership of Performance from his father, committed to the continued profitable growth of the organization. He has led Performance ever since.
